At Taylor Signature Painting, we stand behind our work on painting, pressure washing, and new home care services with a 2-year warranty. This guarantee covers workmanship for projects completed by our team, ensuring your home or business in Saint Augustine, St. Johns, Duval, and Flagler County remains in top condition.
• Work not performed by Taylor Signature Painting.
• Work for which Taylor Signature Painting did not supply the paint or materials.
• Exact paint match, as environmental conditions will affect the color and finish over time.
• Bleeding caused by knots, rust, or cedar.
• Cracks in drywall, plaster, or wood.
• Peeling, blistering, or chipping where caused by mildew, glazing from cedar, ordinary wear, abnormal use, or peeling of layers of paint existing prior to our work.
• Structure Defects: Settling or movement, moisture content of the substrate, abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, abuse, or damage from chemicals or exposure to harmful solids, liquids, or gases.
This limited warranty does not cover the above conditions.
• Pay the full contract price.
• Retain a copy of the original contract.
• Retain a copy of your cancelled check or other evidence of payment in full.
• Make the property accessible to Taylor Signature Painting to perform the repairs.
• Structure Defects: Settling or movement, moisture content of the substrate, abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, abuse, or damage from chemicals or exposure to harmful solids, liquids, or gases are not covered.
Repairs under this limited warranty will be performed only on the specific areas where peeling, blistering, or chipping has occurred and only to the level of surface preparation. Your warranty begins on the day of project completion.
