we stand by the work we deliver, so much so, that we are happy to offer a warranty
Our workmanship is warranted (conditionally) for 2 full years. If at any time during your 2 year warranty you determine Taylor Signature Painting has missed painting any areas of your project or failed to leave your project in better condition than when we arrived, Taylor Signature Painting will promptly come back and try to take care of any issues or concerns you may have.
Taylor Signature Painting only uses the best paints and materials. Should you have any concerns with the condition or failure of paint or products applied by Taylor Signature Painting, we will promptly schedule a visit to go over the concerns with you. If at that time we determine that there is a product failure, we will schedule a visit with the manufacturers representative and make a claim against their product warranties. Note that if sprinklers hit the structure, all warranties will be void. Any form of wax bleed present on the siding or manufactured wood product shall void any warranty from Taylor Signature Painting.
If you have any concerns with the condition of the paint or products we applied after your 2-year warranty , Taylor Signature Painting will follow up with the manufacturer to see to it that the paint or product warranty is covered for you. You have no worries.
Your warranty begins on the day of project completion.
The following are some further details about our warranty stipulations.
This limited warranty does not cover.
- Work not performed by Taylor Signature Painting
- Work for which Taylor Signature Painting did not supply the paint or other materials
- Exact paint match, as environmental conditions will affect the color and finish of all paints over time.
- Bleeding caused by knots, rust or cedar
- Cracks in drywall, plaster or wood
- Peeling, blistering or chipping where they are caused by, mill-glazing from smooth cedar, ordinary wear and tear, abnormal use or misuse, peeling of layers of paint that existed prior to the work performed by Taylor Signature Painting
- Structure Defects; Settling or movement, moisture content of the substrate, abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, abuse or damage resulting from use of chemicals or cleaning agents or exposure to harmful solids, liquids or gasses.
Repairs under this limited warranty will be performed only on the specific areas where peeling, blistering or chipping has occurred and only to the level of surface preparation.
for his warranty to be valid, you must:
- Pay the full contract price
- Retain a copy of the original contract
- Retain a copy of your cancelled check or other evidence of payment in full
- Make the property accessible to Taylor Signature Painting to perform the repairs
- Structure Defects; Settling or movement, moisture content of the substrate, abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, abuse or damage resulting from use of chemicals or cleaning agents or exposure to harmful solids, liquids or gasses.
